• Payment data: Transaction ID and purchase date (processed via Mayar.id — we do not store payment card details).
• YouTube data: If you connect a YouTube account via NextClip Desktop, we access your channel name and profile information to publish content on your behalf.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account Permissions.

NextClip Desktop uses YouTube API Services. By using our service, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, maintain, and improve the NextClip Desktop service.
• Process license activations, validations, and deactivations.
• Send license keys, purchase confirmations, and service updates via email.
• Provide technical support and respond to inquiries.
• Improve security and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.

3. Data Storage

We store your data on secure servers (hosted on Neon PostgreSQL with encryption at rest) and retain it only as long as necessary for operational purposes or as required by law.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may only be shared with:

• Service providers: Third-party services we use for hosting (Neon), payments (Mayar.id), email (Resend), and video processing.
• Law enforcement: Only if required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Your Rights

• Access or update your personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

6. Security

All data transmissions are secured via HTTPS. License activations use encrypted tokens. We follow industry best practices for data protection. However, no system is completely secure — please be cautious when sharing sensitive information.

7. Children

NextClip Desktop is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the application or via email.
