1. Nature of Service

NextClip Desktop is a one-time license purchase. Upon payment verification, your license key is issued and activated immediately. Because the license is delivered digitally and instantly, all purchases are final except under the conditions described below.

2. Eligible for Refund

  • Payment was successful but the license key was not delivered within 24 hours.
  • Duplicate payment / double charge for the same transaction.
  • Technical error on our part that prevents the software from functioning and no alternative solution can be provided within a reasonable time.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

  • You changed your mind after the license was issued and activated.
  • Accidental purchase — the license key was already delivered.
  • Inability to use the software due to issues on your end (e.g., incompatible hardware, configuration errors).
  • Issues caused by third-party API changes (e.g., YouTube, social media platforms) beyond our control.
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Apply for a Refund

  1. Email us at support@nextclip.cloud.
  2. Include your account name and registered email address.
  3. Attach proof of payment (transaction ID or receipt).
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request in detail.

Our team will review and respond within 5 business days. The final decision on refund eligibility is at our discretion.

5. Processing Time & Method

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider's policies.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The latest version will be available on this page and takes effect upon publication.
