2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring all activities under your account comply with applicable laws. When registering, you must provide accurate, valid, and complete information. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Service Usage

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the platform, using bots to automate actions excessively, distributing spam, or overloading our infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue service features at any time.

4. Content and Ownership

All content you create and process through NextClip Desktop remains your property. You are solely responsible for the content you process and warrant that it does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. License Key Terms

• Each license key grants you the right to activate NextClip Desktop on one device.
• License keys are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted.
• You may not share, distribute, or resell license keys.
• We reserve the right to deactivate licenses found to be in violation of these terms.

6. Payment

NextClip Desktop is a one-time purchase (not a subscription). After payment is verified, your license key is issued immediately. There are no automatic renewals. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Third-Party Services

NextClip Desktop integrates with YouTube, allowing you to connect your channel and publish content. Use and transfer of data from YouTube will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy. See: youtube.com/t/terms.

NextClip Desktop is not responsible for the actions, policies, or API changes of third-party platforms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or harm the platform or its users.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. NextClip Desktop is not liable for damages arising from social media API malfunctions, failed content publishing due to third-party policy changes, or loss of data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updates will be notified through the platform or via email.
